Net metering and technical rules
- Net metering is available under this scheme.
- Net metering policy: CSERC Net Metering Regulations 2015 (amended 2022). 1 kW–500 kW. Single DISCOM: CSPDCL (all Chhattisgarh). Bastar remote areas: off-grid solar microgrids.
- Gross metering policy: CSERC gross metering for >500 kW. NTPC has large solar projects in Raigarh district.
- Hybrid policy: CG Solar + Coal Mine Reclamation policy: Korba and Raigarh districts coal mine land used for solar.
- DISCOM requirements: CSPDCL: Single DISCOM for all Chhattisgarh. Remote Bastar villages: off-grid micro-grid electricity.
